My interest in this project began when I was talking with a friend of mine who happened to be a nurse. On a weekend, over a drink, she was complaining that she absolutely hated cleaning bedpans, so I asked her what was so bad about it besides the obvious. "It takes up so much time and it's gross!" she yelled. That's when I decided to investigate further.

These storyboards demonstrate the difficulties of the existing system and the subsequent benefits of changing to a single use system within the interactions between Nurse Jackie and her patients. They also do a good job reflecting the physical and emotional bonuses patients receive thanks to paper pulp liners.
